I am always in and out in a timely fashion. He even recently fit me in at the last minute when I had to reschedule a missed appointment for my 2016 Accord. Look Out I came to this dealer because I was interested in its Costco program not to buy a car. The salesman was considerate and quite helpful. My car was 15 I came to this dealer because I was interested in its Costco program not to buy a car. The salesman was considerate and quite helpful. My car was 15 years old and expensive to repair so I did want something new. When I found out how much the financing was and I said I wanted to shop to around the fireworks started. I was visited by one manager type who wanted to know what could he do to help me decide. After saving no for the fifth or six time he went away and I was soon visited by the manager's boss who said he was a personal friend of the lender and could improve the rate. He did come back with a slightly better rate. When I said no again he went away. Since I never got my d car key back after the inspection I couldn't just walk out the door. Before I knew it, manger two came back and provided me with a note that would put their deal on hold giving me 5 days to shop around. I did need a car and like the one I saw so I agreed to complete the deal. I soon learned that 5 days was not enough time to look around. In closing, I didn't like the pressure at all and will never know if I could have done better.. More
