While my car was being serviced, John ensured I had a loaner vehicle to run my errands. At no time was I treated unfairly, disrespected or lied to. John made sure I knew exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed. Oh, the pricing is very fair. Bringing my Honda here saved me thousands of dollars in unneeded parts. Frank Carnucci has been fantastic to deal with during both purchases -- very professional, eager to show me what's new with the vehicles, gave me good pricing, and expedited the buying process. Lexa Grierson was also very professional and easy to work with in getting the financial stuff processed. I strongly recommend Waldorf Honda. I've used their service department for the one time I've needed service on my Odyssey -- standard maintenance, and they were great as well -- finished with my car earlier than expected and did a great job.
