Had better service -- will miss my service advisor I will have to say, on short notice, the service center did work me in and was able to accommodate my needs and request. After years of dealing with a topnotch service advisor, it will take some time getting used to less than stellar service for others. When I would bring my vehicles in for service, they would always be returned to me washed – even though I did not request this service ahead of time and they were always brought back to me, I did not have to go searching for them in the lot. If you want to grow in your customer service scores, learn for others. More
Unsatisfactory Service Advisor Made an appointment for Saturday. Came into get my car serviced. My service advisor was Bernard Dixson. I was originally quoted $2077 for all the cost Made an appointment for Saturday. Came into get my car serviced. My service advisor was Bernard Dixson. I was originally quoted $2077 for all the cost and labor. He told me my car would be ready the next day. However, it wasn’t. I called the dealership on Tuesday morning and Bernard called me later that day only to tell me that the cost of my service and labor would now be $3000 due to a mistake he made in his calculations. Thats a huge mistake! As the service advisor there is no reason why Bernard Dixson should make this kind of mistake. If this is the case he should not be an advisor anymore. I did not appreciate being quoted $2077 only to find out days later, due to Bernard's mistake, that the price had increased drastically to $3000. I was finally notified that my car would be ready on Wednesday. I was not happy with my experience with Bernard and after this experience I never want to deal with Bernard Dixson or Waldorf Honda ever again. It is extremely unprofessional to quote someone one price and then have the service advisor make a mistake and increase the price by $1000. At one point I was thinking about buy and new Honda but now I have seriously reconsidered. More

Prompt Efficient No-Hassle Service Our quest to lease a 2018 CRV-EX started with an e-mail inquiry, quickly and cheerfully handled by Heather Favorite. Prompt response and easily-negoti Our quest to lease a 2018 CRV-EX started with an e-mail inquiry, quickly and cheerfully handled by Heather Favorite. Prompt response and easily-negotiated terms were agreed-to by phone with Sales Manager Mike Council. Having made an appointment for a test drive, etc., we were greeted at the curb as we arrived by super friendly and helpful Sales Professional Connie Mikens. Thoughtfulness and attention to detail (like a reminder to remove the garage door opener from our old car and programming my cell phone information into the computer in the new one) are just a few of the adjectives I could use to describe her service. The deal was concluded by Finance Director Tyler Manuel using computer technology that put all of the paper work on a zip drive provided at the end. Never have we participated in an auto purchase/lease experience that was handled more efficiently and conducted with less pressure. These qualities, plus the best terms, brought us all the way from Annapolis to Waldorf to close the deal. More
