I purchased a 2019 Honda Passport two months ago and nothing but problems with the radio. It shuts down at any given moment. Took it back for service and to no avail the problem still exist. Our salesperson was new on the job and was well versed in basic information on the cars we were interested in purchasing. However he was not able to do much beyond that due to his inexperience. In my opinion, he should have been shadowing another sales person who was well practice in sales. Because of this, our sale took far longer than it should have. I appreciate the sales person trying to learn the job and he was most helpful up to the limit of his knowledge. He was also exceptionally polite. I believe it was a disservice both to the inexperienced sales person and to us as customers not to have a season sales person assisting in this process. More
