Overall very positive experience with this dealership! I was honest about my need for the best possible price and had a very fair negotiation that beat the price of another dealership! The transaction as a whole was very non confrontational and didn’t feel like we were being pushed or looked down on or lied to like plenty of dealerships can be like. Shoutout to the Sales manager John for coming to a great deal, Shaunette our sales person for her clearly explaining many of the cars features we were unfamiliar with and for programming our car to our desired specs before we even drove off the lot (in the pouring rain)! Also shoutout to the other sales person Romain who assisted us and actively engaged us even though we weren’t his customers. Final shoutout to Dylan from finance he was very transparent and made the document signing much less stressful than it could’ve been with his humor and kindness.
