I purchased a used vehicle. Damon Demyers was my sales rep. I notified him of problems that I had. He told me to bring it in at 1. I texted him and he stated that he was off that day and any manager ca rep. I notified him of problems that I had. He told me to bring it in at 1. Talked to Robyn in service and she schedule an appointment for me. I texted Damon to let him know that it was a waste of my time, no response. I had another problem, Damon texted him, "not at work 3018433700 John Fee". That was the incorrect number. Left message for John Fee, never returned phone call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY. More

I, took my 2018 Honda Accord to the Waldorf location with issues with my radio and not being able to use my gps and Xm radio was in stuck mode and blank screen. I wasn’t expecting for them not to work on my issues with my radio and not being able to use my gps and Xm radio was in stuck mode and blank screen. I wasn’t expecting for them not to work on my vehicle that day because the pandemic capacity. My service technician Bernard Dixson, asked if I could leave my vehicle and I told them I couldn’t. He then asked if I like they can take me wherever I needed to go they can drop me off and pick me up if needed. Mr Dixon advised me that that there were several had recalls on my vehicle and since I was already there they’ll take care of the car radio situation and replace rubber molding trim inside doors trim that they replaced last year, because they noticed it was coming off. because it was constantly coming off after I had it replaced last year. The repairs took longer than expected and my service tech, kept me updated and if I needed to go anywhere they’d take me all I had to do just asked. They completed the job and they had to reinstalled the software to my radio. They also took care of the recalls for my vehicle and they advised that they’ll call me set up an appointment because Honda is recalling the fuel pumps and that they believe that’s why my car was stalling and jerking when accelerating de accelerating. I appreciated how Bernard kept me updated. More

Jamar was low pressure and very courteous and professional, showing us the features of the vehicle and explaining how things worked. Great experience working with him! We we less enthused about our experience with the Finance Department, which did a very hard sell trying to push their extended warranties - I wish I could remember how many times I had to say no before the guy finally quit asking. I did receive a call from the dealership and an apology from the manager for that experience, so that tips my review to a "recommend". But again, look up Jamar if you visit, he is very helpful and good to work with. More
