On 15 May I took my 2019 Honda accord hybrid to Honda of Waldorf with a fairly unusual problem. The passenger side windshield had what looked to me to be a stress fracture. I came in thinking I would just sign some papers since I already talked to Brittany and gave my credit info but she didn’t pull the keys for the car I wanted even after I told her I was on my way so another already talked to Brittany and gave my credit info but she didn’t pull the keys for the car I wanted even after I told her I was on my way so another customer was looking at it by the time I arrived. She didn’t come out and apologize or even acknowledge the mistake to me directly. Romain on the other hand was nice and helpful. He apologized and at least pretended to be concerned about the inconvenience to me. Luckily the other customer didn’t want the car so I was able to purchase it but after some waiting. Romain worked quickly and showed me features of my new car. Overall Romain was great, Brittany could be a little nicer. More

I’ve brought my vehicle to this location for 10 years and I’m usually very pleased. But this time the service manager left so I had to wait an extra day for my vehicle. It forced me to use the shuttle servi I’m usually very pleased. But this time the service manager left so I had to wait an extra day for my vehicle. It forced me to use the shuttle service to pick up my vehicle. The driver got lost several times because he didn’t use a GPS and had to call for directions. I recommend that the drivers not have a radio on when driving back with passengers. Either have just instrumental music or nothing. The radio station was very annoying. Thanks. More
