The guy wrote up my car and then left. I went into the waiting room. I forgot to tell his something I wanted checked. I went back to the Service area and waited over 20 minutes for him to return. Tony was my advisor in the service department. I was elated to find out that my battery was still under warranty after being told it was $165 at the Pohanka dealer.
