I was quickly and politely greeted by my service advisor Tony Reese who asked the nature of my visit and how could help. . He told me what the service included and estimated price As I reached the waiting a Tony Reese who asked the nature of my visit and how could help. . He told me what the service included and estimated price As I reached the waiting area I received a text welcoming me again to Waldorf Honda asking again if any needs while I was there today to let him know. He greeted me in the waiting area a short time later with a vehicle status report and my keys. Service completed and no issues in line with his estimate. I got in my washed vehicle and on my way. Nothing really fancy he just delivered as promised which he has consistently done over my 20 years of bringing different Honda vehicles . Thanks More

Waldorf Honda's customer service is very mediocre. The salesman worked very hard for my family and I. Once the deal was made, the sales manager never spoke to me or my family. Mr. Robert Hersh took great care of me. He took the time to explain the issue that my care was having. He laid out several options arming me with enough knowledge to make the best decision.
