Had A/C compressor replaced last summer. Bought car back because A/C wasn't cold. Service man tells me they are injecting dye. Clearly stated to me A/C compressor was fine. I was a little early for my appointment but they took me anyway. Tony told me it would be an hour and 15 minutes. And it was. I had my back car and I was on the road in an hour and 15 minutes. I will not be returning my vehicle to this service department. The last few time I have been was a complete headache. Bernard told me that I needed a skid plate when I took the car to get checked for department. The last few time I have been was a complete headache. Bernard told me that I needed a skid plate when I took the car to get checked for the transmission along with some other issues. I paid for the plate with the representative and I asked her would I have to pay anything else when I have to bring the car back for the plate to be put on and she stated no. The plate was suppose to be in within two days and I would receive a call. Never did so I ended up calling a week later. The department that handles the parts said that plate has been came in. So they transferred me to Bernard who did not know my plate was in. I make the appointment with him and coming to find our after I got it done, I had to pay another fee. I was upset because this is the second time where nobody is correct about the information given. So I’m done More
