Great service, as usual. Took my car on time as scheduled and finished servicing it earlier than expected. Customer Service Repre at check in even took the time to go over a list of maintenance sc scheduled and finished servicing it earlier than expected. This is late due to so much medical. It cannot possibly convey our GRATITUDE to Bernard for fixing the problem. It was honestly very frustrating as we had problems for quite some time. There were "many" times our vehicle did not start. We replaced the battery. We brought in and no issues found! The last service visit, I called as my husband is ill. I told Bernard I had a lot on me. **Bernard took care of the problem. We have never had a problem since. I cannot say enough great things for Bernard and his customer service, knowledge, and efficiency. We appreciate him. Again, this survey goes back to the fall. Bernard is the one to talk with and see.
