Buying a car is always nerve wracking. I considered other places and I said to myself just go to Waldorf Honda. I previously bought my 2014 Honda Oddysee here with Steve Neumann. We absolutely love this van places and I said to myself just go to Waldorf Honda. I previously bought my 2014 Honda Oddysee here with Steve Neumann. We absolutely love this van. My kids are all going to college In the fall and I don’t need all that room anymore my soccer mom days are behind me. I wanted an SUV but was open to a car. I haven’t had one of those in 20 yrs. on Memorial Day weekend we pulled up in the rain and out came Frank with his umbrella to greet us. I’m from NY and as soon as I heard him speak I knew he was a straight shooter with his Italian name and NY accent. Frank showed us the CRV and the Accord. I fell in love …. With the new 2021 Honda Accord EXL. For the first time in 20 yrs I felt special , like I was buying something all for myself. Frank walked me threw step by step how all the new features work as we took it for a test drive. Man that guys smart and know his technology and his crafts! He took his time explaining the new technology to me. Negotiations went smooth I got the price I wanted and came back on Memorial Day to ick up my nee car. They had it all cleaned up and ready for me. I told myself going in be strong don’t buy no extras , no add ons. Then it came tome to sit with the lady to discus my options. Man she was good ! Needless to say she sold me on it all lol . Man she was good 😂. But all seriousness I purchased the things I did as my way of treating myself to absolute peace of mind and the packages where just what someone like me needed. Then off to finance I thought here we go he better not try and sell me that gap insurance. Oh let me tell you that tablet on the desk to sign is soooo cool. I wish I could remember his name tall , dark hair , glasses he was great. He explained all our options and crunched numbers and plans to get us the best deal. Oh ya Waldorf Honda you should be proud of your team cause for my peace of mind knowing how expensive all this high tech technology is today ….. this kid got the gap insurance 🤣. So please commend your staff at Waldorf Honda for making us feel like family and making the car buying experience fun. Oh ya did I mention when I got there I said hey guys you know the Toyota dealership down the street is cooking hamburgers on the grill on 301. But the time I left and waiting for Frank to put my plates on the car they where cooking me a hamburgers 😳 I’m not sure if they had that planned but out of no where came the grill , burgers , sausage. I think it was for the employees but Frank brought us over there and said come get your burger !!! He even baked homemade cookies for his customers this guy Frank is top notch the whole team is .
