I would have given this review a lower rating had it not been for Robert. He offered excellent service when I had to go there 3 times. The main reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the first time I wen been for Robert. He offered excellent service when I had to go there 3 times. The main reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the first time I went to get my car looked at, I made an appointment but was told it would still take hours for them to even look at it. I understand they were busy but then what is the point of marking an appointment? I ended up leaving and returning without an appointment and got my car looked at immediately, and the repair too only a couple of hours. Robert made sure I got the best service. I give him 5/5 stars but not the dealership. More
