The professional and proficient customer service was extremely important and manifested at the dealership. I really like this dealership however I wish their service prices were lower. I think if Waldorf Honda or any dealership offered lower service prices that they would get more business and people woul service prices were lower. My service advisor was not very servicing . Meaning . I scheduled a tune up and he kept making me feel stupid. He kept saying a tuneup is just changing your spark plugs and nothing else . So I Meaning . I scheduled a tune up and he kept making me feel stupid. He kept saying a tuneup is just changing your spark plugs and nothing else . So I asked him to price me for an oil change along with the tuneup and he quoted me almost $900. I was confused and shocked on why I could be so high. I was provided no other options so I left paying almost $300 with simply my spark plugs being changed and nothing else . Will never come here again!!! More
