Usual pressure tactics for a dealership, nothing too outrageous. One associate was stubborn about no for an answer but I understand it is their income. Luckily not my main one. As I said to the staff, if they continued to be great I may start to fall in love with Honda. I arrived at Honda not to purchase a car but to overcome my negative equity situation. They made it happen effo may start to fall in love with Honda. I arrived at Honda not to purchase a car but to overcome my negative equity situation. They made it happen effortlessly. Q and Preston especially were welcoming and supportive. I admired the kindness they showed my son and the family-like atmosphere they have going on. The transaction was straightforward and I left with no negative equity and my first Honda. I drive 21,500 miles per year, so I’m sure I’ll be back next year to see if all the promises they made will stand to be true. My ultimate goal is to have a car with no payments that will last a while and I hope to do with Waldorf Honda someday. More
