I have another bad experience here well Tuesday I buy my oil filter and oil I do my own maintenance on my civic 2022 well I need part for my car because guy accidental broke piece top inside my car by the m oil filter and oil I do my own maintenance on my civic 2022 well I need part for my car because guy accidental broke piece top inside my car by the mirror on some cars wash I take my car i bring the piece talk to the guy tell it’s for inside my car by the mirror well lock the piece order see be here tomorrow great.I came yesterday around 5pm wait maybe 10 minutes guy lock at me I said I order part yesterday want to know it’s here to take I show recivw guy left take maybe 15 or 20 minutes next thing I see the pice on the counter I lock lock around guy in the back I screen said sir I think this it’s my part well nobody came wait maybe 5 minutes screen I have the pice thanks left…next thing went I I go to my car there color was the right one I need black my interior it’s back go back wait another 10 minutes guy came ask me I talk to him see he can’t other another one but be here Friday!! I smile say thanks left guys this customer service something simple I pays for Thai it’s no free I work with people and I take care people like it’s my family that customers service hope this help very disappointing this maybe 3 time I have problems last time I ask for oil change my bill was $128 because you guys rotation my tires and other stuff never call me or ask I go to another dealer that I know my buddy said they need to call you first let you know before they do something and my car it’s new next thing you know my car was dirty inside carpet have food spot my window have some oil or grease I ask the lady you guys have there she said no sir we no car wash I smile left!! I live in Virginia Arlington I but 3 cars alway take to dealer Honda oil change brakes always take care people same way wash car for outs side and put come papel cover on carpet for keep clean I work with cars put system and boat for military people and I know how frustrating be it’s you pay for something and some one coming to do work and make mess I work clean and take time to talk,listen and apréciate coments have my job was!!
