Very poor communication and follow-through. Found an F-150 that I was interested in online at Waldorf Ford. Called and spoke to a salesman named Hector. He assured me that he would take a video walk-around of the truck, discuss price with his manager and get back to me. Crickets... I called the next day and spoke to another salesman, as Hector was off for the day. Was again assured that he would speak to his manager about price and get back to me. Once again, nothing... I called a 3rd time a few days later and spoke to Hector again. This time he did send me a brief video walk-around. No response when I replied with questions and again no response to my inquiry about price negotiations. Got a text the next morning that the truck had sold. Frustrating and disappointing. Don't waste your time trying to buy remotely from this dealership. Their communication and follow-through are abysmal. As my brother put it, "it's almost as if they don't even want to sell the truck." More
