Absolutley without question the WORST new vehicle buying experience ever. After dealing with actual volume dealership this place is nothing of the sorts. When I was in the process of my financing and experience ever. After dealing with actual volume dealership this place is nothing of the sorts. When I was in the process of my financing and my initial talks with the dealer my salesman told me that they would bring the vehicle to my door. After my financing was settled and it came time to get the details of that worked out I was informed they would not bring it the whole 3.5 hours away. Fine.. We met “halfway” to have my vehicle delivered, they arrived 2 hours and 45 minutes late(bare in mind that they were only 1 hour and 15 minutes from our meeting place). I wasn’t made aware they would be late until I was 15 minutes from the meeting point. The reason for the delivery being late is supposedly because they were detailing my new van. The van arrived dirty on the inside, sticky stains covered the entire back half of the vehicles interior. No second key was given (but don’t worry they are doing me a favor by supplying a second key on my NEW Ford), they told me I can drive down to them for my new one, so I can spend 7 hours driving to a dealership round trip for them to be nice enough to cut a new second key to replace the key that they lost. The dash of my vehicle also has several large gouges in it as well as the glove box. Oh and to top it all off, the detail guys were nice enough to let an empty bottle of chocolate milk in the over head storage compartment of my NEW VEHICLE. I was initially told to take the vehicle to my local Ford dealership to have the damaged interior pieces double checked and they they would sort out having this fixed as well as a second key made here since driving all the way to Waldorf, a 7 hour round trip wouldn’t fit my work schedule. My salesman from Waldorf Ford called me several days after visiting my local Ford dealer to tell me and this is a direct quote “we are going to give you a second key, but the dash and the glovebox are to expensive to fix so we won’t be doing that”. After several weeks of “somebody will call you back today yet about this” I directly reached out to Thomas woodruff. He told me they will fix the van...as long as it’s brought it to them. So even though this is completely their fault and doing, I have to spend not 1 but 2 days driving 7 hours round trip to have my NEW vehicle fixed. One day to drive it down and drop it off with them for the repairs and another driving back down to pick up my vehicle. And both days at minimum a 7 hour affair. My work schedule and my unwillingness to drive down to Waldorf has been and had been expressed multiple times, in the initial talks with my salesman, when discussing delivery of the van, when having the van delivered (2 hours and 45 minutes late), also when they were informed of the damages to vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all, well unless you like buying NEW vehicles that come pre damaged, stained, sticky, and gross. Thanks WALDORF FORD. You guys are the real MVP’s of this story! More

DO NOT BUY AT FORD WALDORF (After 13 years and 3 vehicles) Considered myself a valued customer until I took my 2017 Ford Fusion SE in for maintenance. My keys were left unattended and another customer took my car. A week later the car was found and my insurance deemed it totaled. Ford said they would make it right but only offered me $2,500 towards a new car. I filed a customer complaint with Ford Corporate and the complaint was sent back to Ford Waldorf to resolve. Of course, nothing happened. Shame on Ford's customer resolution system. I was wrong and I am warning ALL; Do not buy from the location at 2440 Crain Hwy. I don't see how they received their Presidential Award for exceptional customer service. Say "No" to Ford Waldorf More

Ive been to this "rodeo" plenty so its refreshing to walk into a car dealership, deal is done, & and have the dealership actually follow through without the runaround. He followed up & executed! So, THANK YOU! Last but not least, finance guy, cant remember or find his name, paying cash so he got us in & out, made his offer for extended protection without being pushy, great experince overall!
