Well: The recall for the roof and windshield replacement work was completed on February 25, 2022, noticed the morning of the 26th the windshield was broken, the installation crew did a poor job replacement work was completed on February 25, 2022, noticed the morning of the 26th the windshield was broken, the installation crew did a poor job cleaning up afterwards, dirt/dust throughout the surface areas, as well as foot prints on the front passenger seat. I understand the replacement work was performed by Toyota, that's is not an excuse for Ford, this entire project was doomed from the start, from lack of communication, repair scheduling, etc,...and waiting over two hours just for a loaner car, which was not comparably to my vehicle, and what's with the call center. You have to let the phone ring up to twenty time's before someone answers,.What a disappointment. More
