Doing business with the team at Waldorf Ford was awesome. We aren’t from Maryland but when we learned that they had the 2022 Ford Maverick in the exact model and color we wanted, we reached out to them. They confirmed it’s availability and within a couple of hours, we were on our way to Maryland to go and pick up the newest edition to our garage. We were originally told by local Ford dealership that no one had them in stock but Waldorf Ford came through, providing excellency in customer service and we couldn’t be more grateful. Shoutout to the team at Waldorf Ford, more specifically Ameisha, Thomas, Jackie and Fred for ensuring that things went smoothly for us upon arrival. I would recommend 10/10 for anyone on the hunt for a new vehicle. Well: The recall for the roof and windshield replacement work was completed on February 25, 2022, noticed the morning of the 26th the windshield was broken, the installation crew did a poor job replacement work was completed on February 25, 2022, noticed the morning of the 26th the windshield was broken, the installation crew did a poor job cleaning up afterwards, dirt/dust throughout the surface areas, as well as foot prints on the front passenger seat. I understand the replacement work was performed by Toyota, that's is not an excuse for Ford, this entire project was doomed from the start, from lack of communication, repair scheduling, etc,...and waiting over two hours just for a loaner car, which was not comparably to my vehicle, and what's with the call center. You have to let the phone ring up to twenty time's before someone answers,.What a disappointment. More
