Vehicle was brought in for repair paid 900. 00 left dealership still had the same problem Had to wait 2 weeks before they could get it in was told it was another issue which cost an additional 00 left dealership still had the same problem Had to wait 2 weeks before they could get it in was told it was another issue which cost an additional 700.00 I think it was miss diagnosed the first time Don’t understand why I had to pay for labor the second time I feel that I was taken advantage of More

Poor communication. Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. Had an appointment but had to wait an extra hour, as the dealer was looking at cars on Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. The $180 diagnostic fee is ridiculous. Especially when the problem (known when dropped off) and probably took 10 minutes to confirm. Doing business with the team at Waldorf Ford was awesome. We aren’t from Maryland but when we learned that they had the 2022 Ford Maverick in the exact model and color we wanted, we reached out to them. They confirmed it’s availability and within a couple of hours, we were on our way to Maryland to go and pick up the newest edition to our garage. We were originally told by local Ford dealership that no one had them in stock but Waldorf Ford came through, providing excellency in customer service and we couldn’t be more grateful. Shoutout to the team at Waldorf Ford, more specifically Ameisha, Thomas, Jackie and Fred for ensuring that things went smoothly for us upon arrival. I would recommend 10/10 for anyone on the hunt for a new vehicle.
