Vehicle was brought in for repair paid 900. 00 left dealership still had the same problem Had to wait 2 weeks before they could get it in was told it was another issue which cost an additional 00 left dealership still had the same problem Had to wait 2 weeks before they could get it in was told it was another issue which cost an additional 700.00 I think it was miss diagnosed the first time Don’t understand why I had to pay for labor the second time I feel that I was taken advantage of More

Poor communication. Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. Had an appointment but had to wait an extra hour, as the dealer was looking at cars on Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. Had an appointment but had to wait an extra hour, as the dealer was looking at cars on the lot with his brother. No call post-sale to check on satisfaction with vehicle or if we had questions. Maybe lower priced sales don't warrant that. More
