Chuck did everything over the phone for us so we just basically went down to sign paperwork and drive away with our new vehicle. I will be recommending this dealship to anyone looking for a vehicle and we definitely will be returning to trade in this vehicle when the time comes, as well as buying a new truck in a few months.
