Made me a believer! I had no intention of buying when I tried out a new Highlander. I was just test driving some different models and trying to decide what I wanted to pu I had no intention of buying when I tried out a new Highlander. I was just test driving some different models and trying to decide what I wanted to purchase. I dealt with Chuck and he was excellent...Not pushy at all. I really didn't think I would get what I needed on my trade, but I was blown away with the deal I was offered. They made it so I would be crazy to walk away. I was then walked through all of the equipment/technology that came in the vehicle. I also had several follow up questions and was given the same attention as I was given before purchase. It was a good experience on every level. More
