He brought out the vehicle and gave us a fair trade-in value. The vehicle was in excellent shape and Mr. Dibble took the time to explain to my wife and I the features. We were in and out of the dealership within 1 hour and came back the next day after obtaining insurance for the new vehicle. A very pleasant experience, with no haggling or pressure.
