When I contacted the owner hoping for some sort of remediation, he told me it was "normal wear and tear... that's the cost of doing business." Fortunately, it was not an extremely expensive repair but no one expects to throw money into a car immediately after they purchase it. Waikiki Auto Sales doesn't even do their customers the benefit of checking minor problems before they sell their cars so you definitely need to bring a mechanic if you buy from them. The owner is the epitome of a stereotypical used car salesman. More

They've gone over the details and histories on the cars theyve showed me plus even suggested if I need to have a mechanic to do the inspection before purchase which made me very comfortable to make this purchase. Mechanic said only really minor wears not surprised on a used car and jason (the sales person) offered to take cared of it before driving off the lot. According to jason they usually sell 25 cars a month and in business for over about 15 years, just weird to see they have so few reviews so I've decided to help them out on another one. Over all was easy, very friendly dealership. 5 stars. More
