Purchases a new Outback last Friday from Susan Stanley the best salesperson I ever dealt with, she explained all the details of a very complicated car. Bought a Subaru Impreza from Dan, the entire process was painless and very easy. Took a test drive with my wife, they handed us the keys and said have fun which is great. Bad experience I had the worst experience with Wagner Subaru including the owner Bo Wagner. On 8/9/18 I requested a price quote for the new Subaru Ascent, I receive I had the worst experience with Wagner Subaru including the owner Bo Wagner. On 8/9/18 I requested a price quote for the new Subaru Ascent, I receive the dealer's price with an option witch was price higher then the manufacture's price! the option is code 23 and MSRP is $2,980, dealer's price $3,977. Then they gave me a discount for $500 but actually they overprice the car by $497. The deadline for this offer was 8/16/18. On 8/11/18 I replied with a price to the sells person Will Xue, and also copied to Sam Bexley customer service and owner Bo Wagner. No one responded! On 8/16/18 I contacted costumer service and asked why no one had contact me, they apologize and asked me to give authorization for return call. I authorized that only Bo Wagner to call me and they agreed. Later that day I received a call from a sales person named Greg. I again, told him that my authorization was given for Bo Wagner to call me and not Greg! Also, I, again requested Bo to call me ether that Thu or Fri or Mon 8/20/18 and he promised so. I never heard from Bo Wagner! Based on those events I do not recommend this dealership, Wagner Subaru! More
Great Experience I ordered a '18 Crosstrek, which were on a 2+ month delivery delay nationwide. I was able to sit down with Susan and go over everything option wise an I ordered a '18 Crosstrek, which were on a 2+ month delivery delay nationwide. I was able to sit down with Susan and go over everything option wise and make a choice. Once we had everything written down there was one question I had on X-Mode. She told me she would call me the next day as soon as she found out from SOA, and that I could wait until then for my final decision. No pressure what so ever! So the next day, she called me back in the morning, and I decided to go ahead and order. This was in October and the car came in early December. Throughout the process Susan kept me updated and even dealt with me making a couple of additions onto the car so they could be put on before I picked the car up. She also arranged to have paint protection put on the car by the same company I would have chosen, so I didn't lose my car for a day. When I went to pick up the car, we went over all the financial things, with no "I'll have to check with my manager", everything was handled by her for the whole process. Also, I got a valuation on my trade in from their website, so that was already in the paperwork. Susan was sure to go over everything on the car and with the manuals, and marked important things for me to make sure I reviewed them again. I left knowing almost everything I needed to know about how the car worked, which has never happened before. I drove from Cincinnati to Fairborn to get this car, because I was using the Costco Auto Program. It was worth it and more to travel that far. The car cost less than anyone in Cincinnati, ZERO pressure, and ease of the whole thing was amazing. More

We went to Wagner first because of their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and the high online customer review ratings. We were not disappointed. Our salesperson was Susan Staley. There was nothing "slick" about her dealings with us. Just an earnest effort to best meet our auto needs. She was a pleasure to work with. Wagner did not have the exact vehicle we wanted in stock, but she had the correct car ready for us to pick up the next day. I was really impressed with the time she spent sitting in the car next to my wife going over the operation of the vehicle controls, especially the electronics. We have had the car for a few weeks now and love to drive it. Wagner has not yet done any service work on our new car, however, I think the Service Dept was responsible for transporting in our selected car. When the time comes for maintenance work, I would expect the same quality as was delivered by the Sales Dept. Thanks Susan & Wagner! More

I have bought more than my share of new vehicles over the years and always dreaded the lo If you are in the market for a Subaru, GO SEE THESE PEOPLE! I have bought more than my share of new vehicles over the years and always dreaded the long, drawn-out hassle it always entails. Not this time! This has been, by far and wide, the easiest, most pleasant new car transaction I have ever experienced I was originally dealing with another local Subaru dealer, (They-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named ) and was VERY dissatisfied with my treatment there. I was kept waiting almost 3 hours just to receive a very low-ball offer on my trade-in! I had checkbook in hand, ready to buy that day, and they wouldn't even come close to what my (newer vehicle) trade was actually worth. Enough of the bad stuff, on with the good! I called Wagner Subaru to inquire about what they had in stock, (looking for an Outback) and spoke with a very pleasant young lady named Claire. I discussed my situation with her and right off the bat, I was offered a better deal all around. Had some questions via email the next day, and Claire (on her day off, mind you) took the time to answer each and every one of them to my satisfaction. This was over the course of several emails. That is above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. I have never, ever dealt with such a nice, easy-going, no-pressure sales professional in my life! Deal is done as of today, with a much more generous value for my trade-in. I can't recommend Wagner Subaru and Claire Grimsley in particular highly enough!
