Literally the best car buying experience I've ever had. I ordered a car fresh from Japan in the wake of COVID (a tall task indeed), and Wagner made everything so easy. Excellent customer service. Lee was so easy to deal with. My daughter leased her Accent from Wagner. I was so impressed with Lee I bought an 2022 Outback. Bought a new 2021 Crosstrek Limited back in October, first oil change was due in late April. Drove down on a Friday morning for the no appointment necessary "Subaru Express Service" ... which was awesom first oil change was due in late April. I just bought a used car from Wagner Subaru on 11/30/21 and found out on 1/2/22 that a fuel line is rusted through and leaking a significant amount of gas. Cost of the repair is around $1000. I paid $6400 and found out on 1/2/22 that a fuel line is rusted through and leaking a significant amount of gas. Cost of the repair is around $1000. I paid $6400 for the vehicle and find out before I even buy plates for it that it has a serious and expensive defect. I got the fuel line replaced and then a couple weeks later the car starts shifting very hard, even jerking at times, when going from first to second gear. I bought the car with 101,188 miles and the car now has 101,590 miles. I take it back to my mechanic and he tells me that the vehicle is showing codes for the transmission. I have only driven the car approximately 500 miles since buying it and I have had to replace a fuel line and now I rebuild the transmission. The manager from Wagner Subaru asked me to call him after the fuel line issue to discuss what happened. He told me since I already replaced the fuel line there was not really anything he could do to help out now, but if I ever had another issue with the car to call him back. I have called him multiple times now for the transmission and he will not return my phone call. More
