Scammed I guess I’ll start at the beginning.. I first looked at a 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat at Carmax, it was nice and was going for 18000 with similar mileage. I guess I’ll start at the beginning.. I first looked at a 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat at Carmax, it was nice and was going for 18000 with similar mileage. However, the previous owner smoked and there was a burn mark in the headliner, so I opted to check out Wagner Kia in shrewsbury. I test drove a 2010 f-150 lariat asking $25k online. The vehicle seemed to be in good shape during the test drive, so I asked if there was problems with any components. The answer was no. I proceeded to purchase the vehicle IN FULL for 22k after paper work. They wouldn’t drop the price further because a mechanic offered the same price as my slightly lower offer at 20k and Sean, the sales manager, inferred that they’d rather give it to the mechanic for that price.... So after everything is settled Sunday December 2nd, I drove it off the lot Tuesday with a promise for an inspection that Saturday. After I drove it for the 3ish days I realized the heated seats don’t work, the blinker on the mirror has several LED lights out, the tailgate doesn’t lock with the key, and the spare tire is frozen up under the truck; the service manager told me they won’t fix that. Even though the saleswoman said everything was working just fine.. The weird thing is, that’s not even the worst part. Within the month, the “check brakes” light was on. Being a blue collar worker, I hop under the truck and see that the ebrake is hanging down below the rear brake system. So I call them, 4 times.. voicemails and all. Finally, I show up and tell them my brake system is failing and that *this is probably what it is*. They give me a rental of an extremely cheap Kia (probably a $12000 car) and send me on my way. I drive it for 3 days and wonder why an ebrake cable is taking so long to replace (my father owned a mechanic business for 30 years)... I called 3 times inquiring about the status and left messages with no response. After work I go down to the dealer to talk to them, the service manager (Jim I believe) tells me he’s been too busy to answer me. I told him it’s absolute bull crap that it’s taken multiple days to complete a 3 hour job, he apologizes left and right and tells me that if “they don’t call in the morning, definitely call and talk to the other manager”. I get a call in the morning saying that my truck was “safe enough to drive for now” and that the part was going to be in the following Friday.. I don’t know of any dealer that would take a week and a half to get and ebrake cable and abs sensor for a FORD. The guy working says that they will definitely call me on Friday to schedule and appointment when it comes in and that I’m a priority. No phone call, no answer when I call. Now I’m noticing more... my 4 wheel drive doesn’t work correctly, my transmission is slamming when it shifts, and it sounds like my engine manifold is rotted out and leaking. I’m calling again in the morning and if I don’t get an answer or an appointment to fix all of this I’m calling my lawyer. More

Everyone I met at Wagner Kia was wonderful, efficient, and extremely personable! I feel like I have a new family and could not be happier with my new Kia Sportage! More

The car's (Infinity) mileage was advertised (I have pictures to prove it) at ~ 4,400 miles and that's what I based my negotiation price on pending test drive which turned out fine. I drove from Providence (1 hr) to get there, test drove and decided to buy the car. My credit is 810+, down payment offered was 60%, and I was financing ~$13k. When the time came to sign on the deal, the vehicle's mileage shown was ~5,200. I objected to it and asked for the price to reflect the extra 800 miles usage on a luxury car. Sales didn't budge and not one staff apologized, not one! I took deposit back and was leaving when one person offered $200 off. I asked for a very reasonable $500 off or no deal. They didn't agree, so I left. Thank you for your time. More

Stay Away-Horrible Customer Service! I would not recommend them. My new (certified used) car was not ready when I got there after they repeatedly called me on the day of pick up to inqui I would not recommend them. My new (certified used) car was not ready when I got there after they repeatedly called me on the day of pick up to inquire when I was coming in. They only gave me one set of keys, and shrugged when I asked about a second set. Car failed inspection because they unplugged the battery before the test so I had to go back again or pay to have it re-tested in a week. I called about an issue hearing a whistling noise coming from the window while driving, the salesperson accused me of doing damage to the car within the first week of having it. He said he would send me the car fax promptly to which he never did. Horrible customer service all around! Highly disappointed and will never return! Find another dealer!!! More

To Pat the Sales Manager who showed and demonstrated a willingness to offer a great price and greeted my wife and I at the dealership and assured that the sales person new everything. Nick Webster the sales person who took us for the test drive and showed a level of knowledge about the vehicle the gave us the "WOW Factor" with the KIA. His guidance through the paperwork was painless. Nick's attention to detail and prepping a car we did not expect to drive home the same day. Finally Susan Mattero who dotted the I's and crossed the T's with the paper work and financing. I drove a hour to get to this dealership and would absolutely do it again. The price quoted never changed... There was no running back and forth to the Sales manager. The professionalism, kindness and fluency of the entire process truely astounded me. Additionally, the engine failed eight days after purchase and it was in their shop for 90 days, and during that period, they refused to refund my down payment upon request, violating the Massachusetts Used Car Law. I have since gotten rid of the car and purchased something from a more respectable dealership. There are many quality dealerships where you can buy cars in Shrewsbury, MA - avoid this one. At least the sales team was pleasant to work with. More

I was apprehensive that there could be the potential of awkwardness/unprofessionalism as I was purchasing a car with another dealer. Boy was I wrong. Shaun did a great job of describing the process, letting me know what I need, and being very...human...about the whole ordeal. I didn't find a KIA that fit my needs, but I would recommend going there just for the fact that Shaun, the Sales Manager, was very easy to work with. More

I shopped the competition for pricing and Chontell at Wagner quoted me a favorable price - It didn't change and it was straightforward with no OOPS thereafter. The in stock car I wanted had been sold earlier in the day. Chontell initiated a swop search and found our car in Connecticut. She drove down to Connecticut and brought the car to Wagner. Unsurpassed customer service !!! Chontell is exactly the kind of person I would have hired for my businesses. I would definitely buy our next car from Wagner. More
Sales team lied to make a sale I recently renewed another lease with this dealership making this my second lease here. I was asked to come in for an early buy back program going on I recently renewed another lease with this dealership making this my second lease here. I was asked to come in for an early buy back program going on and was told I would not be charged and fees other then what was agreed to at time of closing. Which was my down payment. Now months later I have received a 90 day delinquent charge on my credit report for the lease I turned in. Reason given was it did not sell for what it was expected at auction therefore I was responsible for the remaining balance. Not once was I told this could happen. I would never have taken that chance with only four months left to go on the original lease. I would have waited until it ended had I knows about this risk. The sales team here lied to me. I was very specific with my questions about any charges that might come from this transaction. I was assured there would be none. Yet here I am less than 6 weeks from closing on a mortgage with a 90 day delinquency showing on my credit report. I feel completely taken adavante of. I received no help from the dealership with this matter. The woman I was put in contact with, Susan from the dealership in Millbury spoke to me as if I were simple and wasting her time. This was my third Kia with this company but it will be my last. Once my lease is up I will no longer do business with a company who treats its customers this way. I will do my best to make sure this does not happen to anyone else by letting as many people know through as many avenues as I can. More
