I made a couple of visits to the dealership before making my choice (of car and dealer). Stephen was my first contact who was very helpful and part of the reason why I came back. Stephen was busy when I cam my choice (of car and dealer). Stephen was my first contact who was very helpful and part of the reason why I came back. Stephen was busy when I came in to work the deal and so he brought Don in. Don is a very accommodating, knowledgeable sales person who closed the deal. We discussed my needs and after a short huddle between Don and Rob, the General Manager, we had deal. Done. Buying a new car was a simple process here as an acceptable deal was agreed almost immediately without the need for prolonged negotiation. The car was ready without issue when agreed. The details of the new car were patiently explained by the sales person as part of the drive off process. Working with Don, Stephen and Rob made this a simple and pleasant experience. The finance guy ensured that the details of the deal were clear and straight forward. He has a nice process of writing out a list of the things the dealer must do to complete the delivery so everything is clear and in writing at the time of concluding the contract. More
The reason for such a great rating is because I don't have a lot of time to waste playing the games dealers play. I went to 2 other kia dealers and all they did was waste my time. Tonia answered all my have a lot of time to waste playing the games dealers play. I went to 2 other kia dealers and all they did was waste my time. Tonia answered all my questions and worked with me via email and phone once we agreed on a price I went to the dealership she was there with the papers ready to go over them and be signed. There were no surprises everything we agreed on was exactly what I got. Then we sat with another person (sorry I don't know his name) he went over all the features in the car and answered all my questions. He took his time to explain everything and told me if I had any questions to call or come back in and he would answer them for me. I would definately go back to this dealer and Tonia again. More
I bought my used 2004 vehicle from this dealer. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left with my vehicle I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The purchase process was ver moment I walked in the door until the moment I left with my vehicle I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The purchase process was very easy and the managers and sales personnel were very accomadating. Any question or concerned I had was eased and I felt confident in giving my business to this dealership. I feel as though everyone should have this experience when buying a car, I'd recommend Wagner Kia for anyone looking for a family owned dealership where you're treated as though you are family. More
Unbelieveable buying experience. Really can't describe in words. I have never bought a car and felt good about the deal after two or three days; always seemed like I got taken after the excitement wore o in words. I have never bought a car and felt good about the deal after two or three days; always seemed like I got taken after the excitement wore off. Not this time! Have bought Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Isuzu, and Subaru in the past. See a pattern? Not one earned my repeat business. It's been several weeks and still can't believe the quality of the Sedona for the price paid. If you value your hard-earned dollar give them a try. They have a model to fit all but the most extreme car buyer. Thank you, Tonia, for making this purchase one I didn't regret within a week. More

went there to have my 2007 KIA Sportage evaluated for a growling noise from the rear end. They took it for a 2 mi drive, removed the wheels and stated my brakes were bad and that was the source of the nois growling noise from the rear end. They took it for a 2 mi drive, removed the wheels and stated my brakes were bad and that was the source of the noise. Went to my regular mechanic who took the entire rear end apart and discovered that the rear differential is bad and it is covered under warranty. I called them back and they said that my mechanic does not know what he is talking about and stated I do not know what to tell you. My mechanic called and got into an argument with them. Needless to say after calling KIA corporate office and another dealership getting my KIA fixed elsewhere. More
I brought my 2002 Kia Sportage in for rear seatbelt repair for failed inspection sticker from our local state inspection center. (Wagner charged me $300 for a new seatbelt.) While in for repair and in repair for failed inspection sticker from our local state inspection center. (Wagner charged me $300 for a new seatbelt.) While in for repair and inspection sticker, Wagner tried to up-sell me on a job that didn't need to be done. Wagner even tried to tell me my car wasn't worth the sticker and that I should buy a new car. Wagner failed the car for inspection because we didn't get the repairs done there. I brought it to my mechanic who said Wagner's reasons for failing the inspection were not legitimate, but he tightened what they said needed tightening. I brought it back for Wagner to get the inspection sticker. Wagner failed it again, stating that it still needed to be tightened. Wagner said would do the repair and charge us for it (probably another $100, for nothing). I told them I just had our mechanic tighten them. Wagner still failed the vehicle. I took it to the local Mass State Inspection center that originally failed the vehicle for a broken seatbelt and the car passed inspection. I told the local inspection center the situation that had occurred at Wagner, and they said there was no problem with the job our mechanic did. I called Wagner 30 minutes later to speak with the service manager that I spoke with earlier, and he was gone for the day (I assume avoiding my call because I told him I was taking it to another inspection station, and he knew it would pass). And this is all over a $29 inspection sticker. I can't imagine what they would do if they had repaired our vehicle, and we had an problem with their repair. CROOKS!!!! DO NOT GO THERE. More
