The best part was when I signed the papers I was not pressured to get things I didn’t want, like extended warranties. I was not happy that I made an appt to test drive the vehicle on my lunch break and it was not up front and ready. Also, said I’d be back at 5 to sign the papers, but didn’t get to until 6.
