My Experience with CAR EXPO in Fredericksburg, VA I would say this dealership has a very unique atmosphere, never felt pressured to buy, they allow the vehicle to sell themselves. They are pretty firm in their pricing, but should you catch any defects they will honor you with a discount or fix it themselves. A very positive experience and would buy there again. My wife and I had been looking for a Lexus RX400h for 3 months, but we were having trouble finding the right color, trim level, interior color, low mileage, and right price. When we stumbled across one at Car Expo, we were apprehensive about traveling out of town to buy a car (we are from Richmond). After talking to Sam on the phone a few times, we headed up there. It was waiting out front for us clean and ready to test drive. Its condition was better than expected and showed like a new car. We loved it and decided to buy it. While we filled out paperwork, the car was detailed and new Lexus floor mats were added. In the following weeks we have been in communication with Car Expo in order to get a spare remote and key (that we negotiated into the deal). They have been very helpful, and we will use them in the future. One month later, we love our RX400h more than ever. More

I flew up to Fredericksburg to pick up the car last year, but because of the excellent experience I had with the Mini, purchased my Mercedes based on pictures and Car Expo staff assurances. I couldn't be hapier with the Mercedes and will look to look for Car Expo's help when I need another car! More
Went to Car Expo a few years ago through a referral from a friend. Had a great experience getting exactly what I needed. I had to have the car sent to Florida and they helped make a recommendation on how to a friend. Had a great experience getting exactly what I needed. Came to with the intent to purchase a car cash. The salesman never came to speak to us. We went looking for him and he refused to get up and give us any type of service. We told him that he lost our business and walked away then he started insulting us. We will never go there again or refer anyone to this dealership. More

Absolutely Horrible....negotiated over the phone on a car I was told was "immaculate" by one of the owners. Should have known it was all a lie after he first said the tire tread on the tires was "less" than I was told was "immaculate" by one of the owners. Had a used car inspection done on the vehicle and there was MAJOR work that needed to be done it, including visible damage to the front bumper, that they claim they didn't see. Really? I spotted it in the first 30 seconds of a walkaround. The owners are rude and devoid of honesty and personality…no wonder the lot stays full of unsold cars. You'd do better going to CarMax, they won't budge on the prices either but at least they know what kind of shape their vehicles are in. When I asked around town, locals affirmed my suspicions...these guys are shady and not worthy of your business. More
Purchased o7 Cayman in late May 2010. Nice car in good condition at a Fair(not great) price. I live in Georgia and had car delivered with the assurance that everything was good. Brake pad sensor warning l condition at a Fair(not great) price. I live in Georgia and had car delivered with the assurance that everything was good. Brake pad sensor warning light came on the first day. Notified Mike through my sales rep of the situation. He said must be a bad sensor , car had been checked out. turns out all pads were evenly worn to the sensors and needed replacing. Cost me $ 814.14 . Dealersship is unwilling to assume any responsibilty. Bottom line, do not deal with car expo, but if you must be sure you get any defects repaired before they get your money.
