From our initial contact with Dan Reidy in sales, through Finance with Jason, and Delivery with Jon we had a very positive experience. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to gain our business. We posed many questions all of which were answered promptly and they ensured we were comfortable with all aspects of both deals. They had the new vehicle in from their other dealer and prepped within a matter of 3 hours. The showroom was very clean and inviting and the cars were prepped to a level beyond expectation. We have been to many dealers over the years and I have also worked in the auto industry. As a result I traveled to hundreds of dealers and I can honestly say this one is extremely well run and the people go out of their way to be honest and open in all aspects of the deal. Salesman (DJ?) said of course, they have them, come on in. Website showed two. Great, we will stop in around 2 pm. We get there. No Colorado diesel. "We can bring one in for you from our other store if you can come back." My response.....not a chance. We work 6 days a week. I own a business and can,'t really kill time during the week shopping for a truck. Salesman's response? "Sorry.....my life story:".....turns and walks away. Wow. At my place we would have offered to bring the truck to the customer after a screw up like that. So so lame. Selling cars must be easier than I thought.....they don't need to care. They will just try again with next victim to come through the door. I only give them two stars because the receptionist who met us was very nice and attentive and it was not her fault so she gets a star. More
