Booked an appointment with the Service Department to have the issue looked at…..appointment was set for a Friday @ 9am…..car wasn’t looked at until Thursday the following week! Received a call from service rep Lori that the issue required a new display screen…..total parts and labor $1050.00…..agreed to have repair done. Received a phone call the following Thursday that the display wasn’t the issue it’s now the radio for an additional $1600 + labor. So I basically gave this dealership $1000 plus was without my car for 2 weeks only for the issue to not be resolved due to a misdiagnosis which I’m on the hook for! I don’t mind being overcharged at the dealership as long as they actually fix the issue, but I feel like I just made a donation to this dealership due to the fact my original issue was never resolved! More

This is the worst experience I’ve had! Had new brakes and rotors put on the car 18 months ago, but have been complaining about them for since they have been put on as they squeak very badl Had new brakes and rotors put on the car 18 months ago, but have been complaining about them for since they have been put on as they squeak very badly! Brought it in numerous times just be told that “everyone’s brakes are squeaking” and now they want to put another set of brakes and rotors on for $1,300 after I paid $1,000 for them 18 months and to be told that the 24 unlimited warranty is meant for defects only? Now my check engine light comes on right after I get it serviced to only bring it back and to be told my air filter is extremely dirty. Aren’t they supposed to inspect my filters? And I got two different quotes about my brakes from two different mechanics about how much girth I have left on my brakes? Lacking customer service and being told to many different things! More
I am a bit disappointed with their multi point inspection. I had a tire that was low and I asked if they would be able to fill it. I was told they look at that as part of the multipoint inspectio inspection. I had a tire that was low and I asked if they would be able to fill it. Makes me wonder if there is any inspection done as part if the oil change process. More
