We had to purchase a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse from a dealer in Michigan as they modify them for Handicap accessibility. Upon receipt of the vehicle it had some issues that needed attention. We reached dealer in Michigan as they modify them for Handicap accessibility. Upon receipt of the vehicle it had some issues that needed attention. We reached out to Healey Brothers for help and was assigned to Brian Kolesar as our service advisor. We were not sure what to expect or if they would even want to help since we did not buy the vehicle from them. Brian and his team treated us like we were a customer from day one and like a family friend. They helped take care of all our issues and get us back on the road safely. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Healey has earned a customer for life and if anyone ever needs a recommendation Healey will be our first, second and third choice! More

I have 2020 Silverado 1500 and I am having a hard down shift in the transmission, the service advisor informed me that the truck wouldn’t be looked at for a minimum of 40days. After waiting a week I calle shift in the transmission, the service advisor informed me that the truck wouldn’t be looked at for a minimum of 40days. After waiting a week I called the service advisor and left a message, he texted me to come pick up the truck and I’m #30 in line like I was at the supper market deli waiting for cold cuts or something. After calling once a week to check the status of where I “was in line”, I got a call 4 months later and was asked to NOT return to this dealer and was no longer welcome! No clue why either…also bought a service oil change package im would like my Money back for and no one will return my calls about refunding me the money…. Stay away from this place More
Terrible experience…. .terrible customer service! The infotainment system on my car went out. Booked an appointment with the Service Department to have the issue looked at…..appointment was set for a Friday @ 9am…..car wasn’t looked at until Thursday the following week! Received a call from service rep Lori that the issue required a new display screen…..total parts and labor $1050.00…..agreed to have repair done. Received a phone call the following Thursday that the display wasn’t the issue it’s now the radio for an additional $1600 + labor. So I basically gave this dealership $1000 plus was without my car for 2 weeks only for the issue to not be resolved due to a misdiagnosis which I’m on the hook for! I don’t mind being overcharged at the dealership as long as they actually fix the issue, but I feel like I just made a donation to this dealership due to the fact my original issue was never resolved! More
