All positive experience except my car was coved in snow when I came to get it and a lot of my settings where changed in my car lastly I brought my car in with over half a tank of gas and when I picked up i when I came to get it and a lot of my settings where changed in my car lastly I brought my car in with over half a tank of gas and when I picked up it had only 40 miles left…. I understand it was test driven and stuff as it was being fixed but I don’t think it’s right that I had to make sure the loaner i used had the same amount of gas as when I received it when returning it but my gas gets used and NOT replaced Lastly when I came to swap out the loner due to it requiring maintenance and pick up a new loner, I was basically given a key and told have a nice day both times ( when getting the 2ed loaner and when picking up my car ) and both times had to ask WHERE my car was , even when it was a loaner and I was not even told what color or type of car a I was being given /was looking for …. Just “have a nice day “ More
