Had our 2018 forester in for hail damage. The collision center did a great job fixing the exterior of our vehicle. But had to return twice to clean hand prints off headliner and reset the eyes The collision center did a great job fixing the exterior of our vehicle. But had to return twice to clean hand prints off headliner and reset the eyesight and reset the passenger window so it would operate. They were nice and gave us a loaner car in the meantime. Very apologetic for not being corrected completely the first time and very courteous employees. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. More

First Dealer Service This is the first time I've ever serviced a vehicle through the dealership (also my first brand new vehicle) and W&L has set the standard pretty high. This is the first time I've ever serviced a vehicle through the dealership (also my first brand new vehicle) and W&L has set the standard pretty high. Service was quick, attendant was thorough and polite; the waiting area was spacious and comfortable offering multiple variations of refreshments and free guest wifi. Certified genuine Subaru parts used so you don't worry about paying top dollar for cheap parts being not the best for your vehicle. I've been nothing but impressed with this dealership from purchasing my car and use them for each service need. More

Came in with a problem , left with a new Forester Came in because my 2014 Forester suddenly developed a problem. The right rear coil spring had broken on the strut. After a little internet searching I Came in because my 2014 Forester suddenly developed a problem. The right rear coil spring had broken on the strut. After a little internet searching I found this was happening to a growing number of 2014-15 Foresters. My local Subaru dealer said they knew nothing of the problem BUT Roy in service at Wand L told me they had several in with the problem and he was able to replace then for no charge as a Subaru "goodwill warranty". I further contacted Subaru of America and the responded with the same information . They would have W&L replace both rear coil springs due to the problem. But then I got looking, shopping ,we had bought the 2014 in 2013 so it was already 6 years old . I found a certified pre-own 2018 and after some negotiating we arrived at what we thought was a very good deal. Too good to pass up . So now we are the proud owners of a 2018 Forester and very pleased with the service and sales at W&L Subaru. More

No more leak! I bough a new (to me) 2016 certified preowned forester from W&L. Good price, staff was willing to stay late to accommodate my schedule. Not long after I bough a new (to me) 2016 certified preowned forester from W&L. Good price, staff was willing to stay late to accommodate my schedule. Not long after, the car developed a water leak. Ponding in the cargo area! Thought not technically covered under warranty, the service folks talked to sales and agreed to fix it free of charge. Turns out the Satellite antenna was the culprit. I was given a nice loaner car for the duration of the repair, over a week, and now all is right with the world again. Enjoying my 2016 Foz! More

I was very impressed by the inventory selection, the prompt service and the friendliness of your staff following a holiday. What blew me away was the customer lounge. You have it well stocked to make the customer feel like they are at home. Your staff does a FANTASTIC job. When a team likes their jobs: they come to work, go above and beyond doing their job and with a smile. W&L Subaru does that. What more could a customer ask for.... More
