Glad things are resolved. The second time! I'm glad that the shop foreman handled my car after the first technician refused to admit that the oil was overfilled. I will say that when I picked my car up this time, the staff was not friendly. They couldn't find my invoice anywhere and said it would be mailed but I not happy about this as I wanted to make sure the issues with the car was documented. The staff didn't say a word to be when after they said it would be mailed. There was no I'm sorry that it's not here, no have a good day. I was kind of shocked. More
had to return for recall second trip was supposed to be done I had to return after notification from Subaru of a recall. I had my car in for almost 3 weeks for a engine valve recall and they were supposed to do I had to return after notification from Subaru of a recall. Could not tell me why repair had not been done. I went to see TJ who I had just bought a brand new Forrester from and he helped get it straightened out. I love my 2 Subaru but am not happy with service at WL. More

6-month service They serviced my vehicle quickly while I waited. The amenities available while in the waiting area are outstanding. I like that there is a more private area in the back away from the majority of people and noise. I don't remember the names of the employees that I dealt with while there but everyone was very nice. Mixed feelings I have mixed feelings so far. Buying originally at the old location was easy and without hassle. The new location has a nice waiting area/amenities, f I have mixed feelings so far. The option of a loaner car is great as well as complimentary vehicle rtn to Danville for Geisinger employees (not sure if other places are involved). I have not visited for basic services/car maintenance so can't comment on that but am extremely frustrated to be taking my vehicle back yet again for 'repair' of the same exact issue in a short period of time. Even though it is covered under warranty, its recurrence is frustrating. I just want my new-ish car fixed once and for all. More
We had another problem with our Nissan Maxima. The service center took our car in very quick and we had no problems getting a loaner car. New play things for our new Ascent I was here to have my tow hitch, window vents, fog lights and rails attached on the roof rack. The staff provided me with a loaner as soon as I arrived. they have MANY of them on the lot. When I returned, my car had been cleaned and they spent some time with me to explain the options and how they work. Love the customer first attitude! Knowing it would take a couple of minutes, I took my grandson to the playroom they have. Well, I had to drag my kicking and screaming (not really but I did have to carry him out crying) grandson from the playroom in the waiting area because he loved being there also! More
