Sustained Superior Service Every time we come into W&L for service we are greeted quickly and cordially. The seats are comfortable, snacks are available, and before you know it, our car is ready. It is always nice to see our salesman Ken again and catch up. He remembers each of the cars we've purchased from him. It's also nice to see Kevin and hear about the new options coming out with the new models. Each time we are in, it reinforces our decision to do business with W&L. More

Loss of customer Came in for a fuel pump replacement, nothing else wrong to the vehicle whatsoever. Ended up leaving with nothing fixed on top of a newly broken seat b Came in for a fuel pump replacement, nothing else wrong to the vehicle whatsoever. Ended up leaving with nothing fixed on top of a newly broken seat belt buckle. Said that they didn’t even sit in the driver seat and refuse to even look at the buckle or fix it, so i guess im the liar? Major safety issue right there. Mmm wish i could rate a 0, terrible service and the employee who dealt with me, unprofessional. Definitely will not be coming back. More
