Afterward, an unexpected surprise when we stopped by the collision center and a body and fender expert was able to push out a dent in the lower corner of passenger side of our rear bumper in less than 15 minutes and at no charge. Unless you see it up close you could hardly tell that it was there. So it was repaired well enough for our 2012 Outback that is now 8 years old. Also, since our auto has only 70,000 miles and our warranty expired just a few months ago, we decided to purchase a 4-year, 60,000-mile extended warranty from Mark before you closed yesterday. The best Dealership I’ve ever encountered. I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even tho I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even though it was either outside of the initial warranty they gave for the car, or wasn’t included in it at all. Excellent Customer Service I had an 8 am appointment on 11/9 for service, tire rotation and inspection. I was told the appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I called at 10 am an I had an 8 am appointment on 11/9 for service, tire rotation and inspection. I was told the appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I called at 10 am and was told they hadn’t had a chance to get my car in yet. I had a few errands to run and asked about getting a loaner. The response was of course stop by and we will have one ready for you. I got there within 5 minutes and sure enough the loaner was there and waiting. It’s service like this that will keep us as loyal customers and we will recommend W&L to our friends and family! More

Steering and tires/wheels were checked, and the tech found that the tire pressure was not correct, and there was Inspection went off without a hitch.
