A friend suggested a trip to W&L and now we know why. We went in and talked a little bit with Kyle and he helped figure out exactly what we wanted/needed/fit in our budget. We drove it, loved it, and over the next day or two we were able to work through all of the details and get a great price, all over the phone/email. Kyle called and let us know everything was ready, we went in and signed and were out with our new car in less time than it took us to drive to the dealer. It was one of the best experiences either of us has ever had, and we’ve had many! More

One of the least stressful experiences I’ve had From the moment I contacted w&l Subaru everything went smoothly I took my outback over to their collision center they looked over the damage took some From the moment I contacted w&l Subaru everything went smoothly I took my outback over to their collision center they looked over the damage took some pictures and got my insurance information less than two days later I had my appointment and loaner vehicle. I had expected a week two days later they were finished when I went to pick it up there were no in forseen costs and when I got into the vehicle it looked like it just came off the showroom floor it was immaculate they had even cleaned the inside I will definitely go back to w&l when I need other repairs done More

Decent experience but not exceptional Overall it was a good experience. I specifically asked before i signed if vehicle it gas tank would be full. I was assured it would be but when we got Overall it was a good experience. I specifically asked before i signed if vehicle it gas tank would be full. I was assured it would be but when we got in vehicle to leave it was only 3/4 full. Also being a mechanic i noticed the coolant reservoir was not full. The dealership did not have the correct coolant available to fill. These issues only cost $30.00 so i didn't make a huge deal out of it, but will take into consideration for next vehicle purchase. I will say Kyle "seemed" to be willing to take care these issues out of his own pocket, but was more than reluctant that I declined as i felt it was the dealerships job to take care of these problems. Lastly I hope management actually reads these comments and aren't just looking for a five star rating. More

We needed to replace her car and she still wanted to get another Subaru. I’ve been told by my niece Ashley Ruiz and friend Brittany Pierce to check out W and L because they both got Subaru’s there. So I did and emailed and messaged Donna quite few times back and forth I originally had one picked out but the day I set up to go look at it it was sold. So I messaged Sonna and said we wouldn’t be coming out for now. It’s about an hour away from where we live. But my daughter found one she was interested in so although working 12 hours that day and yet to get any sleep, we drove out to W and L never having been there before but Donna set me up with Scott Mertz and he was waiting for us when we arrived. We checked out another Impreza and I’d say within an hour we were ready to do some paperwork. We own an Outback, Forester and now another Impreza. I. The future I’m looking forward to buying another Forester for myself and my wife is also thinking on buying another Forester as well. More
