Customer Service This trip in to W&L was all about customer satisfaction. Our 2018 Forester was having issues it should not have been having. No other dealership i shopped at was as helpful or consistently friendly and professional. Mike Rorke and his mom, Kim, both gave a positive experience and made me feel like an important customer. No other dealership offered to go over all of the techical aspects and different features of the vehicle with me (thanks, George!). Even the finance manager, Mark Piercy, was very clear in all of the explanations regarding payments, GAP and what all of the paper work was for. Not at all did I feel rushed to sign or hurried out the door. I really feel I have made the right decision with Subaru and with W&L. More
