I made the decision to finally trade up my 2016 Crosstrek to a 2020 Crosstrek. Everyone that I met made this experience a great one. Mixed Review Something needs to be fixed with the people entering service appointments. When I called, I specifically requested that my front fog light needs repl Something needs to be fixed with the people entering service appointments. When I called, I specifically requested that my front fog light needs replacing and I wanted a sensor replaced that had been previously diagnosed and entered into the record of my car. The sensor was not replaced or even ordered. The service person was not told of my request to replace the fog light, but did discover it on his own (which is good). However, not knowing I had already requested replacement, he left a message for me for the permission to replace. I did not get the message and when I came in to get the car, I find that the fog light and the sensor had not been replaced. The service person apologized and offered to replace it on the spot. That was very good and then did not charge me for it. -even better. More
