the service center failed to inspect my car I had my car scheduled for a state inspection and they forgot to do it. Isaac was great to deal with. When I dropped my car off Isaac was great to deal with. When I dropped my car off Friday morning they offered a loaner, which I did not need. The car was finished Saturday morning and when I stopped to pick it up Saturday afternoon the door to service area was open, a light was on in the back, a radio was playing music in the service area...but no one around for me to pay. I had to wait until Monday for pick up. I understand they were working short staffed, however. Car was washed, thats always awesome! Thanks guys (and ladies) for being there and the great service!
