Forgetting to give me back my registration and insurance When I was finished with the car inspection and was about to leave the lot when I thought I better check to see if I had my registration and insurance When I was finished with the car inspection and was about to leave the lot when I thought I better check to see if I had my registration and insurance information in the car. It was no where to be found...so I had to go back into the service department and ask for my registration and insurance papers. I don't appreciate having to doublecheck on items like this. More

25 years of driving and eight vehicles later......W & L Subaru was not only our best dealer for the purchase of a new vehicle but they continue to make use feel like family while owning and driving their S Subaru was not only our best dealer for the purchase of a new vehicle but they continue to make use feel like family while owning and driving their Subaru!! We acknowledge we pay for servicing just like everybody else (similar pricing) but they do it a level above others. We get cards in the mail; coupons to bring the car in for a free car wash; they track all our servicing so we don’t even have to remember; and they will even come pickup the vehicle and drop it off for maintenance. Their dealership has a play area for our two year old son; small kitchen with free snacks and drinks; and it’s truly “a full service affair when stopping in.” I have never experienced anything like this dealership. I will purchase cars from them in the future to include my next commuter car (work vehicle) if Subaru comes out with a hybrid to compete with the Sonata and/or Camry hybrids (40 + mpg) for my weekly drive to/from Philadelphia. Otherwise, all my family SUVs will continue to be purchased from W & L!!! More

My car was due for service. It was picked up at my workplace and delivered back to me in a timely fashion. While it was there we had sales look at it and worked up a deal for a trade for a new car.
