1) Took one week to diagnosis a problem and another 2 days to fix it. 2) Returned the car to me with 11-12 scratches!! 3) Took another trip back to the dealer to have the 95% of the scratches buff days to fix it. 2) Returned the car to me with 11-12 scratches!! 3) Took another trip back to the dealer to have the 95% of the scratches buff out. 4) Extremely poor care of customer's car. They were very courteous throughout the sales process. I was misled on a couple of issues. But overall, they were pretty responsive to my needs. I have had the car serviced once since I bought it and the se was misled on a couple of issues. But overall, they were pretty responsive to my needs. I have had the car serviced once since I bought it and the service department was thorough and pleasant. I knew what was being done and they even took care of some things that I was unaware of when I took the car in - like replacing the enging mounts. I would return to them the next time I'm looking for a Mercedes, but they won't be the only place I'll visit. More
