I went to the dealer's service department without an appointment. I described my concern and soon after was provided with a diagnosis of the problem. The problem was, then, repaired. Stan is a wonderful service person. I have been going to Simonson for over 20 years, and always ask for him. I trust his judgment and rely on his advise. I recently moved to Santa Monica - where I neither purchased my vehicle nor had any previous service done. However, upon visiting WI Simonson in Santa Monica, I've found that good customer service still exists. My service advisor, Derrick Franklin, and technician, Hans Lesmsister, have provided me with excellent service every time. They are both courteous and friendly, and have anticipated my needs exceptionally well. More
