If I could give them a 0 star I would. I actually, changed their rating from 5 stars to 1. Due to the service I've received over the past month. I purchased a vehicle 11/2/20, and discovered the inter changed their rating from 5 stars to 1. Due to the service I've received over the past month. I purchased a vehicle 11/2/20, and discovered the internet was having issues. I've called several times weekly, driven down there twice (approx 70m drive for me), and left served messages and text messages. I have had MBUSA reach out to them & MercedesMe CS. I just received a call back today 12/10 from the stores manager. They have promised this issue to be resolved 48hr, another 48hr, 5 days, then 10 days. Now, I'm over day 34 no internet working. I was also promised a loaner car for servicing. I drove down with my child, to be told "there isn't any loaners to offer". My child was hungry after the long wait & we were directed to walk to a near by restaurant. We had a brief 2 mile walk & had lunch until they were complete. Internet still not responding & more than a month after leaving a voice message, I receive a call back. I'm thankful someone got back to me. However, I just want to enjoy this purchase without the hassle and poor customer satisfaction issues. Danny was my sales representative & he didn't advise me of any of the luxury this vehicle was packed with. I received a call 2 days later asking how I liked certain things. I was lost and unaware of anything. By the way, I purchased a 2017 GLE 43 AMG & I absolutely love my purchase. But feel this company can provide better quality care for their customers. More
