I bought a certified pre-owned car from this dealership and they gave the car to me with run down rotors (less than ⅓ of rotor on at least two rotors). I called them within the one year purchase of the car and they gave the car to me with run down rotors (less than ⅓ of rotor on at least two rotors). I called them within the one year purchase of the car so they can replace the rotors free of charge, like they should’ve done when i bought the car, but they’ve been ignoring my calls and giving me the run around. I am a widowed mother with two small children and I should not have to pay for something that the dealership should have replaced when I purchased the car not should i have to worry about the safety of my children as this is my only means of transport and I do not have the funds to replace the rotors at this moment (which they should have done for free when i bought the car) I would NOT recommend this dealership as they do bad business. Would give them zero stars if possible. More
