Now the customer service in finance that i talked to after talking to Dave(who was so helpful!!!!) they need some help! the lady i talked to made me feel like the dumbest box of rocks for wondering why my husband was getting the statements and why he was put as the customer on my account which wasn't the case at all im the customer and he was just the co-signer on the lease.... whatever it may be customer service SHOULD NOT make a customer feel like they have no idea what they are talking about! very unhappy with the finance customer service! BUT VERY VERY happy with both Dan and Dave! More

The Voss Experience Voss Hyundai is a great place to purchase a new/used vehicle. They can also do searches regionally to procure the right vkkkkehicle for your needs. Won't see us again We will not be setting foot in this place again. We were repeat customers until today. A month after buying a vehicle there was a rust issue. They fix We will not be setting foot in this place again. We were repeat customers until today. A month after buying a vehicle there was a rust issue. They fixed it without question. A few months later (today), we returned with the same issue. This time we are told that it is no longer their problem and that we could pay them to fix it or make an insurance claim for repairs. They said the paint was not faulty and that is was not something they would consider repairing. Even after I explained the prior issues and how many vehicles we have purchased through them, they still offered no help and told us "good luck". More
