We do ask every new customer if they have bought their car with us to look them up in our database to save time, It has nothing to do with appointments or getting a car looked at. We are currently booking appointments 4-5 days days out. I am glad to hear that you were able to reset your camera and make it functional again. If it would happen to go back into a default mode please contact us to set an appointment up to have the system checked. After speaking with our Sales Manager that had located that car in Indiana but could not get them to trade it to us, He said he had let you know the location of the car and what dealer had it since we could not get it from them. We strive for every experience with us to be outstanding and we would like to earn your business in the future.
