Finance manager (Ryan?) did try to baffle us with numbers during the deal which greatly irritated my wife and me, we would prefer a straight counter-offer when they didn't like our offer. Also had us wait about 2 hours before being able to close (a cash deal) once we'd agreed on price; would have rather the finance department been straight up about the time involved so we could have gone and used the time for something else. Again though, Naomi was well prepared and made the process easy once we got to see her to close. Greatest selection of VWs is the area by far. More

Again our salesman was a great guy and was very helpful The problem began after we said we would purchase the car. It took two hours from the time we said that we would buy the car until we left the dealership. This was a cash sale and should not have taken that long. Also, your person completing the selling paperwork spent too much time trying to sell me an extended warranty/maintenance package. She almost indicated that our factory warranty depended on the purchase of these products. I say ALMOST. When we say we do not want those products I expect the matter to be dropped. They went above and beyond describing the vehicle down to about ever minor scratch, owner history, they even "test drove" and sent plenty of up-close photos, and then met me half way (drove it 3 hours) so I could purchase the truck.\.
