When I arrived, she had information for me and had gone over and above - finding additional cars I might be interested in, informing me about which ones were still available, and asked about further preferences about what I was looking for. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and answered questions I had. I didn’t say yes initially because I needed time to sit with the numbers she gave me, but ultimately I was so pleased with my experience and Teresha’s very no-pressure approach that I went back to get the car we discussed.
