Vorderman Motor Werks was originally founded in 1990 by Reg Vorderman. Employees consisted of his wife, Connie, and a select group of highly qualified technicians.
In 1998, Vorderman Motor Werks acquired Fort Wayne's exclusive Volkswagen dealership. We quickly outgrew our Ley Rd. location and moved to Cross Creek Boulevard. We have been at this location ever since and even added Vorderman Import Service, also located on Cross Creek Blvd., for service of all makes and models from Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, and Bentley, Jaguar, Mini, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, GM, Volvo, and everything in between!
We are also a certified Thule dealer for all your roof rack needs, as well as a Tire Rack supplier for anything wheel and tire related! Professional detailers are also available by appointment to get your vehicle looking brand new again!

Vorderman Volkswagen is by far the best place I've been to, get a car fixed. When I bought my vehicle through them last year, I was really impressed with the amount of work and dedication their employees p to, get a car fixed. When I bought my vehicle through them last year, I was really impressed with the amount of work and dedication their employees put into making sure I got the best car I could, and the finance department went above and beyond to help me out with affordability. When I damaged it and needed to come back in to have it serviced, the service department guys were so friendly and so ready to explain anything I wanted to know about what's going on, and what to do next for every stage of repair. They squeezed me in during busy season and really put me at ease with some of my own anxieties about driving. I can't recommend them enough, everyone there seems to really care about their customers. Don Luong is a class act Sales Consultant. He assisted me in purchasing a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL V6 Premium. Coming from a car with minimal technology, Don took extra time to show me all the workings in purchasing a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL V6 Premium. Coming from a car with minimal technology, Don took extra time to show me all the workings of my new suv all the way down to trying out the parking assist feature! That was fun! Even gave me a tour of the office and service area. Don stayed true to his promise - and followed up with me after my first time coming in for a test drive. He was available when I had questions prior to the purchase, and has been available even after the sale. On the day of purchase and signing the docs, the suv was gassed up, cleaned up, and ready to drive away. I was very pleased with the entire staff of Vordermans and I'm very happy with my purchase. For any future purchases with VW, I'll be calling Don! See you at my first service appt! More

Recently bought a used Kia Borrego and was very, very pleased. Caril was the best and so was the financing. The only thing that I was not happy with is having to buy the "red safety kit". Went in on a monday to test drive a car. Got through eveyhting with my bank and working the deal. I was givin a purchase agreement on wen around 4 and I came in the next morning to give them the check f eveyhting with my bank and working the deal. I understand I didnt put a down deposit but we had spent hours looking and working the deal on the car and it's very unprofessional for them to sell a car out from under me. Then to top it off they tried to get me out the door with a car that had body damage and was a step down at the same price. And then offers another car that had almost double miles and was not the same package for around the same price and didnt want to budge on it. Very unprofessional. I suggest going to a different dealership. More

I bought a car from their used lot a little over a month ago. It has been in the shop THREE times now, after I was repeatedly reassured when buying it that it was in great shape. They helped me with the first fix issue, and told me they cut me a deal on the cost to fix the second problem (although it was still an expensive fix). I called to let them know the car broke down again, and the manager tells me I bought a cheap car and that it was my fault I did not budget for a warranty or maintenance. (Having your car serviced THREE times in ONE MONTH is not typical maintenance!!) I would not recommend buying a car from them unless you wanna spend half of what you pay for the car on a warranty or pay for an absurd amount of maintenance!! More
