Used car purchase My overall experience was good. Everyone was friendly. I located the vehicle on line. The dealership wasI had to travel 2 hours away from me. From the time I test drove the vehicle to the final purchase was about an hour. Everyone was well organized. Really only 2 minor complaints.. This is the only time I have purchased a vehicle and left the dealership without a full tank of gas it was at 1/4 tank.. Also I am missing my owners manual which I have faith in Kevin to rectify that. Both are minor issues but factors in my review. More

Buying My Wife's Mini Cooper S I called Kevin on the phone 3-4 times to ask him questions about the car we were looking at. We live about 75 miles away so I wanted to make sure, it I called Kevin on the phone 3-4 times to ask him questions about the car we were looking at. We live about 75 miles away so I wanted to make sure, it was something that we would be happy with when we got there. After the test drive there was a problem with the radio, so he said they would look at it and then we could pick it up as we had planed , in two days While there we as looked a another one before we left, it was the next model up and more expensive. Kevin called the next day and said that they could fix the radio at their shop, and it had to be sent in for repairs under the warranty. I said let me think it over, and decide what we want to do, and I would call him back. I called him back and asked what type of a deal we could come with on the Cooper S. After two or three calls back and forth we came up with what I thought was a very good deal. I said we would be there the next day to test drive the S model. He said that he would double check it out to make sure everything was working correctly. When we arrived for the test drive, Kevin met us at the door and said it is all ready to go. After the test drive we were very pleased with the car, more so than the first one, and when we returned we finalized the deal and completed all of the paper work.
